I joined a 21-day juice challenge which started last 1st of January 2018 and guess what? I just finished Week 1. For 7 days I consistently made and drank the juices planned for each day by Vanessa Simkins of All about Juicing. Although I drink fresh fruit/veggies juice everyday this is the first time that I have joined a challenge where the juice you drink is different each day. I love the juices I prepare everyday.
